GABRIEL DEARNALEY ALYSSA DIETERICH
"Documenting areas for the Archive, I gathered information from interviews and external research, such as the Hendon map and social structures within hives. Organizing events with Dean and Jordan as well as through interviews I also focus on the human angle of the Archive as we continue to grow."
"Through the medium of lino print I plan on continuing with a theme of artful infographics using repurposed and sourced objects throughout the Urban Hive Archive project. I'm also responsible for developing exhibition posters."
DEAN JARVIS JANICE LARSEN
"My part in the Urban Hive Archive was working with Jordan and Gabriel behind the scenes, helping and working to facilitate project ideas, maintain the group dynamic and help relieve workloads, to ensure that the group itself was able to run smoothly. I also participated in the research aspect of the project."
"My involvement in the Urban Hive Archive is primarily website development and upkeep, along with other miscellaneous digital and design aspects of the project."
LUI LEWIS VLADLENS SPENSERS
"I usually work with different kinds of medium and techniques and I'm trying to find new ways and new instruments to create art, however my subject is usually based around human figure and portraits."
"My involvement in the Urban Hive Archive has been based on my interest in the honeycomb structure of the bee hive."
JORDAN TEPPER
"My role in the urban hive archive has been to help with coordination and organisation of the exhibition as well as conducting my own research in to the "bee friendliness" of the immediate vicinity of the Middlesex apiary."
